The anion analysis service measures inorganic ions such as F⁻, Cl⁻, Br⁻, I⁻, as well as NO₂⁻, NO₃⁻, SO₄²⁻, and PO₄³⁻ using an IC (ion chromatograph). These inorganic anions can cause corrosion, so the results obtained can be used for failure analysis.
